I am a 10-year practicing attorney. I currently handle lawsuits and transactions involving real estate and landlord-tenant issues including fraud, misrepresentation, agent and broker actions, evictions, quiet title, adverse possession, encroachment, and nuisance actions. I also draft real estate and leasing documents.
I also handle business formation and counseling and practice consumer and commercial litigation.
In addition to the areas above, I have experience handling consumer, commercial, and labor and employment litigation and arbitration, including defense of Consumer Legal Remedies Act claims, Fair Employment and Housing claims, bond claims, enforcement of judgments, and commercial fraud claims.
I earned my Juris Doctorate in 2010 from Loyola Law School and graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English in 2004.
